Terms and Conditions

• Every car hire and transfer service has to be confirmed prior to pickup time.

• Rates for out-of-town overnight trips are "all inclusive" (fuel, toll, parking fees, driver's meal and driver's accommodation). For package inclusion request, you may send it thru maniladriverguide@gmail.com.

How do I book transfers/vehicle rental with The Manila Driver-Guide?

• Send us an email with your inquiry.

• Once we receive your email, we will get back to you within 24 hours.

• We will acknowledge receipt of your inquiry, together with payment instructions and details thru email.

• NOTE: In the event that you have not received any feedback from us, please contact us and supply the details as itemized on the page.

• Whichever is availed of and applicable, you shall be charged the pickup/drop off, hourly, daily, weekly, or monthly rental rate.

• After we have received your confirmed booking, we will send you your Guest Information Sheet (GIS) with instructions on where and how our Driver/Guide will meet and pick you up. Local emergency contact numbers in case of any issues will also be supplied to you.

• For travelers coming to the Philippines, all our transfers are delivered with a "meet-and-greet" service. Our English-speaking Driver/Guide will welcome you at the airport's arrival lobby with our own clearly-labeled branding.

• Reservation is guaranteed after we receive your confirmation email.

Hotel or Home Pickup/Drop Off Instructions

• Our Driver-Guide will pick you up right by your hotel (or home) and will take you to your requested destination/drop-off point.

• Unless otherwise amended, we SHALL pick you up/drop you off ONLY at the location as indicated in the Guest Information Sheet (GIS).

• We advise you to be ready at your designated pickup point fifteen (15) minutes prior to the scheduled pickup time.

Payments

• A fifty (50) percent of the total package cost must be paid upon pickup by your hotel, home or at the airport. Balance to be paid as scheduled.

Restrictions

• Transfer rates include drivers. The Manila Driver-Guide does not allow self-drive by any passenger.

• Only a maximum number of passengers with baggage limitation is allowed per vehicle.

Transfer Inclusion

• Driver-Guide;

• One air-conditioned car, minivan, or van. Vehicle type depends on the number of passengers and allowable baggage;

• Fuel, parking, and toll fees; Driver's meal and accommodation for overnight and multiday trips;

• Meet and Greet Services;

• Airport and Hotel Assistance (if applicable)

Exclusions: The guest(s) covers all other expenses and fees not mentioned in the inclusions.
